  JOHN HUNT
  We used Meller Braggins (Stockton Heath) to sell our house for us late last year and this was acheived within 3 weeks. Thean our buyer hit big unforeseen problems with the sale of their property and the whole process then took 4 months to completion. Throughout all the problems and added stress that this caused Richard Capper and his team kept us updated regularly which was something our solicitors failed to do. This was always done in a friendly but exceptionally professional manner, We cannot praise Mellor Braggins highly enough for going beyond just being our Estate Agent.
