  Came to measure up and provided a quote reasonably quick. I booked the job and called a few days before to check everything was ok. They couldn't find my booking and said they would call back.
  
  They didn't call so I did. Was advised the booking was never placed but no apology given. Very unapologetic that I had booked time off, spent a month sorting the garden for this work and had a family party I wanted the lawn down for. Made no suggestion to rearrange a date.
  
  It was like pulling teeth to arrange another date. They said they would fit me in asap in next few days but never called back. Sod them then. I'll shop elsewhere.
  
  Appreciate they are busy and mistakes happen but mistakes can be rectified with an ounce of customer services and common sense.
